House Wash

What?: Our standard House Wash includes a clean from the gutters to the foundation. This service will strip all algae from your house, making it shine!

How?: We use light pressure to apply our patented cleaner, followed by a heavy rinse to assure we make your house clean. Re-apply if necessary.

Why?: Keeping your house clean will obviously make it pleasing to look at, but I'd argue most importantly, it keeps the algae that eats and decays the house away, prolonging the life of your siding and increasing curb appeal! Recommended at least once a year.

Driveway Cleaning

What?: This service includes a high pressure cleaning, followed by a post-treatment of algaecide.  This makes the concrete less slippery and makes it pop!

How?: We use high pressure to assure all dirt, grime, and algae is completely separated from the concrete, then a heavy rinse to clear it all.  After, a post treat algaecide is applied to eradicate everything left on the concrete, also prolonging any growth 

Why?: When talking to homeowners, this is seldom on the forefront of their minds. The first thing I mention is safety.  Algae-infested concrete is VERY slippery when wet, especially in the winter it freezes easily too. Second is curb appeal. Nothing transforms a house like a fresh driveway and sidewalk. Recommended once a year.

Roof Soft Wash

What?: Roof Soft Washing is a process that uses a higher concentration of our algaecide to rid your shingles of algae (gloeocapsa magma). Very low pressure, completely safe for shingles. 

How?: We use a dedicated system to get the algaecide to your roof (softwash system). Comparable to a garden hose flow. Most times never getting on the roof, but if necessary, we use state of the art safety equipment and every operator is trained in ladder and roof safety. 

Why?: Most homeowners are not aware of the benefits of maintaining your shingles. Firstly, the algae that grows on your roof slowly eats your shingles away (much faster in heavily wooded areas). Secondly, it brings your shingles back to life. Those black streaks you see on your shingles is all of that algae built-up, this service brings the color back into your roof, making it shine. It will prolong the life of your roof and takes away the stress of an early roof replacement. Recommended every 2-3 years depending on tree coverage.

Exterior Window Cleaning

What?: Our Window Cleaning process is the best in the industry. It involves a scrub of the sills and the window itself, followed by a thorough rinse of the window, 

How?: We use a complete system with a waterfed pole and a Quad-Filter water filtration system to leave a streak free window, every time! Our process is to scrub all sills around the window, rinse that, scrub the window, then a final rinse to ensure the window is spotless!

Why?: You want your windows to be spotless for a couple reasons; 1): Of course they will look much better, but that will also show guests or neighbors you truly care about your home. 2): Our process also maintains the health of your entire window and frame- keeping dirt, algae, and bugs from weakening the insulation and integrity. Recommended 2-4 times a year. 

Retaining Wall Cleaning

What?: This service includes using high pressure to rid dirt and algae from all sides of your retaining walls.

How?: We use the pressure washer to diligently eradicate all algae and dirt from the walls. If necessary we apply a heavy mix of our algaecide to pesky areas, ensuring it looks as good as possible!

Why?: The best argument for cleaning your retaining wall is that they are EXPENSIVE. If you have a wall already up, no need to neglect it! This service is often overlooked by homeowners because they don't think about it, but once it's shining, you wont take your eyes off of it. A clean wall really compliments your property. Recommended every 1-2 years.

Wood or Composite Deck Cleaning

What?: This includes a full cleaning of the deck boards, steps, and railings of your deck. 

How?: We first apply a mix of our algaecide to start cleaning all of that pesky green or black mildew off your deck. Then, depending on what type of deck, we apply light pressure to continue the cleaning process. If algae remains, we repeat until clean.

Why?: You'll notice a theme here; algae is the enemy! It eats everything. With wood and composite, it not only makes it VERY slippery when wet, it embeds pits or pores over time into your decks' surface, leading to a replacement way sooner than expected. Recommended once a year.

Gutter Oxidation Removal

What?: This niche service is the process of using a chemical to remove oxidation from your gutters. 

How?: We use multiple coats of an anti-oxidation chemical with heavy scrubbing in between followed by rinsing.

Why?: Not many people know this is possible to get off. Many homeowners just come to terms with having ugly gutters... NOT IF WE CAN HELP IT! This requires a lot of elbow grease but worth it once you see the result. Refer to the night and day difference from the picture. Recommended every 1-2 years.
